Hello all I purchased on of these but it won't advance the paper and moves the pen in an erratic way. I have heard there is a plastic gear in them that wears out easily. Can anybody offer me advise on how to deal with this? Maybe get a replacement or better yet have one made of some sort of metal aluminum or brass. any help would be appreciated Roy
