[Coco] NitrOS9 Turbo was serial port problem

Chad, I tried assembling the sources into a nitros9 build with what changes I saw were obvious. but either my cable fix was bad or my dw4 setup wasn't correct as it failed on hdbdw4cc3 and I never made it to boot nitros9. I will be trying again soon.
Work seems to have picked up the past few weeks so my times been limited.
