Gordon the 3127B is showing garbage, probably a dead CPU. Could be memory
too, must see. That's a good sign: the and the VDG are ok.

Open the 3127B and test this PSU with the 3127 board, maybe the 3127 is
working and it will fit in this case.

If the 3127 doesn't work too, you will have to replace the CPU on the
3127B. I have a spare and working 6809E that I can ship you for free, won't
cost me more than a coffee to make a coco nutz happy again.
