[Coco] Weird CoCo 2 keyboard problem -- any ideas?

That's a weird one, all right.  All that I can think of is to see if
unplugging the joysticks makes any difference.  A stuck joystick button
will affect the keyboard, though I can't think of any reason why its effect
should be so selective.
The keyboard PIA does seem like the most likely suspect.
