[Coco] OS-9 Floppy

Hi,

The other answers are correct, but I wonder if the file is to be read by 
DECB or OS-9.

If EX 3 works as stated, then it is to be read by OS-9 and there needs to be 
no DECB section.

The syntax for EX1 and EX 2 looks strange, does Toolshed have a DECB 
command?
