[Coco] Problems with the NitrOS-9 lwtools branch

Anyone using the lwtools NitrOS-9 branch (and that may include the nightly 
builds) will find problems with the i0, i1 descriptors and the bootlist files 
regards the Drivewire virtual terminals.

The makefile that generates level2 i0 and i1 does not include the drive number 
variable so i0 and i1 are identical. The dw.bl and standard.bl files on Coco3 
6309 disks use the scdwn nomenclature instead of the new scdwv nomenclature. 
That means you can't create boot disks using these driver/descriptors without 
correcting the bootlists.
