[Coco] sidewalk with Linux

to write on os-9 first partition, you can use toolshed os9 tool directly
like:

os9 dir /dev/sdb,

but to copy hdbdos virtual disks you can use my side.cpp tool:

side get disk.dsk 255 /dev/sdb
or
side put disk.dsk 255 /dev/sdb

compile on linux: gcc side.cpp -o side
