Bob,

Short answer is yes, but IIRC Luis posted the fix for this a few times.

My recommendation would be to use the floppy until you can isolate the issues you are having. KIS.....

Then go to the SuperDriver docs and read how to access the HDB-DOS after you apply the fix.

The scripts are setup for floppies.... If you are not using the scripts, then you should be and learning from them.

Heck the boot process is very simple once you understand it....and I am a hardware guy.... :)

That's a very good write-up of the HDB-DOS/SuperIDE boot creation. Thanks.

One question, though: Is it possible to access the HDB-DOS (DECB) virtual 
disks from within NitrOS9? I guess what I'm saying is: Can I read/write the 
"boot" disk in slot 255 from NitrOS9 with a view to making small(ish) 
modifications?
