[Coco] lwtools 4.8 released

Since a few folks are using lwtools for various things, I think it's a 
good idea to announce that I have just released version 4.8. Those of 
you following the updates in the mercurial repository can just continue 
doing that. However, those of you using the official tarball releases 
may wish to upgrade.

Most notably, this release fixes several crash bugs and also traps 
division by zero in your expressions in the source code instead of 
crashing out or otherwise doing The Wrong Thing.

It also enables optimization (-O3) when building from source which 
should lead to a substantial speed improvement over the previous 
non-optimized default.
