[Coco] Floppy Controller chips

Actually that's a WD1773. Tandy also used WD1793, but those required some 
external chips.

I have controllers (locally made) which use the WD2793. It needed an 
Oscilloscope to set up.

IMHO, the WD1773 is the easiest to use... just plug & play :P
