[Coco] making nitros9 on MinGW

I had the same dilemma with my XP Pro notebook. One thing I noted, Windows
install files use more space than the OS does. If you can move those files
to another drive, you can free a ton of disk space. I didn't have an
external drive until the notebook died. :(

Now I have no puter and this ZTEt merit is not an acceptable replacement. :/
