[Coco] continuing to eliminate errors in the nitros9 build

Fixed that, not yet committed.  For some reason kingsquest4 looks like it 
builds now.

After adding
MPI.Slct       SET       $FF7F               Multi-Pak slot select
MPI.Slot       SET       $03                 Multi-Pak default slot
to defs/dragon.d
Remaining errors are:

But while that added 2 lines of defs to defs/dragon.d shuts up the d64 
build except for dragonvtio, I do not know if the dragon64 is even MPI 
compatible!

And no one with a dragon seems to be volunteering any info.

So come on folks, if you have one, speak up.  We are not going to get there 
without information I am not privy to.

I also took the ifp1/endc lines out of the sc6551.asm, which also stuffs a 
muffler in that build.
