[Coco] make dskcopy not working

Hi Chris,

The Toolshed I'm using is from here:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/toolshed/files/ToolShed/ToolShed%202.0/toolshed_2.0_windows.zip/download

I'll follow the wiki directions and build from mercurial repo.
