[Coco] Manuals ADOS in OCR TEXT

All that pertains to an OS-9 driver for the SmartWatch--not part of
Ext. ADOS-3 or written by me, but distributed as a courtesy to those
who ordered the Ext. ADOS-3 SmartWatch driver.
