[Coco] RMA and RLink

Hi guys,
Does anyone know if RMA & RLink can be used with os9/nitros9 level 1 ?
I know they were both level 2 releases, but they are just a relocatable macro assembler package. I guess the real question would be the system calss they make being compatable with level 1.
If RMA doesn't work with level 1, was there a 3rd party package under level 1 that was similar?
