[Coco] A CAS to WAV Converter

I chose 44100Hz,Stereo,16-bit so it would be easy to burn a CD. However, I
noticed that it didn't work with VCC.

 I'll release a new version tonight with format settings as well as
enabling / disabling  the 1/2 second gap, which will improve compatibility.
