I think the question was more "would you eventually buy one if it had a
CoCo core," rather than would you buy one right now. In other words, would
you EVER invest a few hundred bucks overall (meaning, with whatever add-ons
you'd need, like keyboard, mouse, joysticks, SD card, etc., otherwise it's
the cost of the unit, which starts at $150) in one of those things? It
actually would be quite the value proposition with a CoCo core added to the
C-64, Amiga, Apple II, Atari 2600, and ZX Spectrum, with switchable
NTSC/PAL support. It's something of a quirky compromise between real
hardware and pure software emulation on a computer or other device.
