[Coco] CoCoDskUtil new ALPHA PRIVATE Version

I think I can release the 1.1.4 version published, the next to do it V1.1.5
I failed, even, that works quite well wav converter, other formats, but I think this version is useless to keep waiting for improvements.
I think what is still missing, will come out in another future improvement
