[Coco] A General Purpose PCB is needed for the Coco Cartridge Port

The card edge connectors are on 0.100" spacing if that helps any.  If
you dig through the COCO3.com website I think John (GIMECHIP.com) had
a bunch of eagle files uploaded there.
