[Coco] .BIN to .ROM

Again, when in rom you are stuck on $C000 addresses. Will your program
convert all non-relocatable jumps, branches and read/writes to it ?
That's just not possible... you can tell what is data and what is code
on such platforms.

If the code is not relocatable it wont be possible to run it in other address.
