You can use Virtual Color Computer (VCC) to get a listing of your program.

Steps:
1) Run VCC
2) Mount the DSK file.
3) Load the BASIC program
4) Click Menu => Configuration => Config => BitBanger => Open 
5) Type Filename.txt
6) Select Add LF to CR
7) Click OK to close the Config dialog Box
8) Type LLIST at the BASIC prompt
9) Wait for the OK prompt and the blinking cursor
10) Click Menu => Configuration => Config => BitBanger => Close
11) Click OK to close the Config dialog Box
12) Open Filename.txt in a text editor
