[Coco] Moratorium on using double-dash?

If you select the portion of the message you want to reply to before 
pressing "reply", only the selected portion will be quoted. That works 
even in what Thunderbird thinks is a "signature". It also has the 
advantage that you do not need to do nearly as much editing to remove 
what you don't want.
