ISTR we have a util I haven't used in yonks, called dname, so you might 
want to search our archive sites & see if you can come up with it, or, in a 
pinch, and with the level2 docs describing LSN0 in front of you, it can be 
done with dEd. Just remember to set the MSBit of the names last character.
