[Coco] Driving 6309 from Raspberry Pi

A friend of mine has put together a little tutorial on interacting with
a CPU from the GPIO of a Raspberry Pi, using an HLL to talk to it.
He chose a 6309 (CMOS, so he could drive it slow), so obviously that
makes it something to share here!

If you know anyone looking for a little electronics project to help get
their head around what CPUs do, etc., this might be just the ticket!
