Bruce, Curtis was talking about the American CoCo #00000001, purchased
by Lee Veal in Texas.  (My recollection is that he paid something like
$10 for it at a Fort Worth Radio Shack surplus blowout.)

So I think it is a distinct possibility that the D board was the
earliest ever sold, and that any others are prototypes.
