ok its a terminal problem. I did:

On Tano Dragon:
TSMON /Z1&

The beautiful 80-colmun Z-Term open on my pc then I type:

telnet 192.168.2.18 23

and success. it does connect.

So why telnet refuses to connect using CoVDG and CoHR ?
