[Coco] Bitbanger port

Try these pokes, all on one line:

POKE&HFF23,&H30:POKE&HFF22,&HF9:POKE&HFF23,&H34:POKE&HFF22,0

That should bypass the need for carrier detect (printer ready), which Basic
is waiting for.
