[Coco] Fest Ideas was Aaron's apology and Coco Contest Results

Just to clarify, I am not accusing anyone of using proxy bids to dump things on eBay, just saying it's a concern and I don't think anyone did anything inappropriate during the Fest auction. I mainly just don't think the club need be directly involved in such proxy transactions.
