[Coco] Trouble booting NitrOS9 under MESS 148

Robert,

Yes, I can boot from floppy. It is only after using the create.bas program to create the .vhd that the resulting boot disk that was moved to 254 will fail to boot.

It seems that the boot disk will only boot from drive 0.
