Well, that's totally doable. It's a serial device, and looks like a modem right down to an "AT" command set. I have a board that turns it into a USB serial port, so the same thing could be done to make it RS232...

Heck, I will scrounge around and see what I have. I may have a way to do this in my boxes of stuff.
