[Coco] Coco .... having bad luck with Jameco components

Hi,

http://www.digikey.com/product-search/en/integrated-circuits-ics/pmic-voltage-regulators-linear-ldo/2556290?k=7805

Has many types in stock, I would at this point in time, trust them or

Mouser Electronics - mouser.com

www.mouser.com/

But the minimum order I expect would be a killer.

Alltronics has been around for about as long as Jameco.

Halted was the FIRST surplus Electronics store I visited and is the one that
I can walk in today. http://www.halted.com/

The advantage is that the last two buy in smaller lots than Jameco. I have
been in their stores when they made purchases, or in the parking lot looking
into a car's trunk. They have both moved locations many times. They are very
careful for first time suppliers.

If Jameco does not fix the problem quickly, I would suggest both of them can
supply good 7805 regulators.

Jameco got on the news as part of the "Gray" market years ago. A surplus
store across the street from Fry's huge San Jose store closed after being
caught with some "Hot" disk drives.
