Awesome!  As for format, etc... I am using Adobe Illustrator for the
layout, with standard 8.5x11 page size and 300 DPI.
That means ideally a full page image would be 2550 x 3300, though
actually twice that is better in case any resizing needs to be done.

If you can do native Illustrator or any vector format, that is even
better than fixed resolution.

If none of that makes sense or seems easy, do not worry about it at
all :)   Just send me plain text and the highest resolution images you
have, and a description or drawing or any mock up of how you'd like
things to look and I'll lay them out for you, no problem at all.
