[Coco] wimgtool with os9 bug fixed?

I have noticed similar font problems in some dialog boxes, although the main menu appear OK, and these problem don't seem to appear in OS9 related  actions (only RSDOS). 
This is most likely  related to wimgtool's problematic Unicode support. 
In order to compile it I had to add unicows support libraries. I have used these libraries-
http://libunicows.sourceforge.net/
Maybe a different library should have been used???

I have no idea why the MESS team stopped including Wimgtool with the MESS binaries.
