[Coco] Drvewire USB 2 Serial question

If a reboot fixes it, generally you can achieve the same results (with
usb devices) by unplugging the usb adapter, waiting a few seconds, and
plugging it back in.  I have one adapter where I have to play the
unplug/replug game every once in awhile.
