Bob,
 Gene sent me one and I found another in the OS9UG stuff. The one Gene sent is by S. Goldberg so it's probably ML. The one in OS9UG is by Carl Krieder in C (with src)

Bill,

there are two different versions of TREE. One was written in assembler, and 
one in C. I believe I have them both here. I'll do a search.
