Gene, I checked out the "tree" that I already have. It's esentually the same type program with the added ability to specify dir levels and space used, which is kinda handy. It should be on maltedmedia in the os9ug stuff - Disk 14 - file mantainance.

Gene, I looked through my archives and the only "tree" I found was on one of the 
OS9 UG disks, D14 File Mantainance Utils. But according to Ident, it's a much 
larger file than the you sent. I'm going to check it out as well. The one you 
sent is perfect for send the list to the printer (virtual print on DW), to make 
a searchable text file of all the VHDs.
