[Coco] OS-9 coco2b lowercase

It might be... I seem to recall that the 2B was also the only Coco 2 that used the 4464 (2 chips) vs. the 4164 (8 chips) for the older Coco 2's, and I think that required a small upgrade to BASIC to cover RAM refresh or something like that. So, that might be a good test (assuming only Coco 2B's used the 4464 chips).
