[Coco] Good Dir

Hey, Gene,

would

tree /XX ! grep "**" ! wc

do the job? (/XX being the drive to read). I'm not sure of the correct
syntax for grep or wc, but it sounds do-able. Tree outputs a ** before every
directory name.
