You need to tell it a devicename.  Usually in the "rz </t2" format, it will 
get that device as stdin, and multiply it to get a full 2-way data channel 
over /t2.

How it will work with the telnet's /N2, (rz </n2) I haven't tested.  It 
goes thru the motions of sending /n2 the triggering string, but of course 
my telnet client hasn't a clue what to do with an incoming 
"�**B010000012f4ced" which if it was minicom, would cause minicom to open 
a file selection window.  Here it will bang the path for about 2 or 3 
minutes and exit since telnet is a big dummy...
