[Coco] Question about Chris Burke's ba and bd commands

It is my understanding that the B&B commands will cause unsavory and wicked damage to any drive not standard cluster.  However I write this without a personal background of technical saavy but from the discussion to a similar question posited here some time ago vis a vis the B&B OS9 DEFRAG command.

For the old hands here who might have a B&B hard drive interface, can anyone tell me if these commands are compatible with drive formats where each cluster represents some power of 2 worth of sectors?
