[Coco] SideKick 1.15

Hi Luis,

Tonight I was able to try to load Jeweled via SideKick with the SuperIDe 
and DrivePak individually with and without the MPI. I could not get the 
SuperIDE to load Jeweled at all. The cassette relay would click, and the 
CoCo's screen went crazy. It will load Jeweled via the DrivePak.

I have tried your latest version - 1.15 with both the DrivePak and SuperIDE.

I can search files etc... just fine. Everything works great so far - 
though I haven't tried to rename a drive, yet. Still can't load Jeweled, 
though on the SuperIDE. It might well be a problem specific to my 
machine. I've got both devices set up to ask me if I want to boot up 
into SideKick. Very nice work overall.
