[Coco] Prototype/Breakout Board

Just starting so ideas/input are welcome.  ave not done much digital 
designs, so I am going to muddle along and learn the hard way here.

I am thinking I may just bring all 40 pins out, but that would mean more 
buffering, but not sure if all really need buffers.
