[Coco] eprom programmer

I've been using programmers from a company called Willem.  The programmers are in the so $30 to $60 range and they have parallel I/O & USB models.  The apps interface is Windows.  The down side is (as with all modern programmers) is the lack of legacy device support.  Still, these programmers support 2716s on up and all current memory and MPUs. You can find then on ebay and Amazon.  -Frank
