No, it does not. Not a setting I can change since I'm not paying for a

Like I said, there are aspects about the FTP I cannot change since I 
refuse to pay $99/month for premium hosting for a hobby site I cannot 
make a return investment off of. And since I have no high speed internet 
available where I live, hosting my own is out of the question.

Users of Firefox and Chrome should have no problems accessing any of the 
FTP files. If a user/password window appears, just click okay and you 
should get right to it. Users of IE8 should have no problem with the 
link for IE8 - except maybe a little slowness...
