I think you're talking about Contiki. The guy who created it has moved
Contiki into more of a control scheme for embedded microcontrollers
than something for old 8-bit machines.

However, it would work on the CoCo, as long as there's the appropriate
internet hardware. Either a SLIP connection through a serial port, or
an ethernet board added on. I had looked into it ages ago, but never
got around to it. Someday, maybe.
