[Coco] CocoDskUtil help

I am unfamiliar with "MDK". I thought you were mistyping "DMK".
The only formats I am aware of for Coco emulators are "JVC" for the JV emulator, "DMK" for David Kiel's emulator and "VDK" for the Dragon emulator. If there is a "MDK" format... what emulator is it for?
