That depends on your PC OS. If it is Win98SE or older, you can use the utility 
that comes with the JVC emulator, PORT.EXE. For WinXP or newer, you can use the 
utility that comes with MESS (imgtool/wimgtool) or the utilities in the Toolshed 
package. Toolshed is a companion to NitrOS-9 both of which are on Sourceforge.

If you use the VCC emulator and have the utility fdrawcmd.sys, you can read and 
use a real floppy. However, this package will not permit adding or removing 
files from the disk to the PC.
