[Coco] serial cable tricks for drivewire?

DW4 should work on any operating system that can run a Java JRE of
version 1.5 or higher. I don't know if anyone has tried Win2000, but
I know it works fine on Windows 98, XP, Vista, 7 and 8. I'd say odds
are in favor of it working, but can't be sure.
