[Coco] VCC and Mac

Minor hints here then...

Use SDLMESS in Windowed mode... That way you won't ever need to reboot your mac when trying to leave MESS... :)

Since I don't quite remember which stuff to edit... I am attaching my mess.ini file.  I guess it'll work if you just replace the directories... 

Hints are welcome as well! :)
