[Coco] source of +5v on coco to drive HxC floppy emulator?

Thanks for all the ideas!  Given the current needed to drive the board (.5A mostly
for the SD card I guess) I'm going to use an external power supply just to be
safe and it will also allow me to use it w/ all of my Cocos without having to
modify the internals.
